Google Reader Announces Its End... how do we keep all our followers?

I'm sure a lot of bloggers join Joy and me in our knee-shaking, wondering what's going to happen to our followers (we love you!), mini-panic about the recent announcement that Google Reader is shutting down July 1.

I'll keep you posted as we look into alternatives, but  I wanted to let you know about an article that was posted at USA Today that offered a bit of advice... or at least information.

Here's that link: http://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/2013/03/14/google-reader-alternatives/1986865/

The article mentions services such as Feedly, Pulse, Flipboard, and also ... Twitter? Yep. Twitter.

As we look into these new (read that: forced) opportunities, we'll try to keep our readers and RSS followers in mind. In the meantime, you can follow us on Twitter @JoyTamsinDavid  and @Serena_Chase.

Thanks for being here! We do appreciate you. Very much!

  2. I know I'm one that flipped. So far, I've been trying out BlogLovin and Feedly. I'm kinda liking BlogLovin better. Let me know what works out for you gals. :)
