I'm sure a lot of bloggers join Joy and me in our knee-shaking, wondering what's going to happen to our followers (we love you!), mini-panic about the recent announcement that Google Reader is shutting down July 1.
I'll keep you posted as we look into alternatives, but I wanted to let you know about an article that was posted at USA Today that offered a bit of advice... or at least information.
Here's that link: http://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/2013/03/14/google-reader-alternatives/1986865/
The article mentions services such as Feedly, Pulse, Flipboard, and also ... Twitter? Yep. Twitter.
As we look into these new (read that: forced) opportunities, we'll try to keep our readers and RSS followers in mind. In the meantime, you can follow us on Twitter @JoyTamsinDavid and @Serena_Chase.
Thanks for being here! We do appreciate you. Very much!

Thanks for the article-I am currently busy exploring options and hope something incredible will pop out at me.
ReplyDeleteI know I'm one that flipped. So far, I've been trying out BlogLovin and Feedly. I'm kinda liking BlogLovin better. Let me know what works out for you gals. :)
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to hear what everyone finds out.
